Intercollegiate Halls are open to students (undergraduate and postgraduate) studying a full-time course at one of the colleges of the University of London listed on the right.
Regrettably, we are unable to offer short-term accommodation.

You must apply directly to your College
If you are interested in applying for the Intercollegiate Halls academic session 2016/17 and your institution is listed in the yellow box you have to follow the application procedure of your college. We do not accept direct application from individual applicants (except for applications to Garden Halls, to apply- please scroll down).
City University and Queen Mary University of London students
If you are interested in living in the Intercollegiate Halls you can either apply through the waiting list that will open on the 2nd September 2016 (details will be posted on this website closer to that date) or you can apply for accommodation at The Garden Halls.
Clandon House and Gower Street
If you wish to apply for one of the self-catered apartments in Gower Street or a room in Clandon House please book a viewing by contacting the Property Management Unit (PMU) on email@example.com. There is no formal application procedure and the accommodation is offered on a first come first served basis.
The Garden Halls
Please note that application for Garden Halls is now closed.
If you have applied and still waiting to hear from us, please be informed that the halls are now full. We will keep your name on the list and offers will be made on a rolling basis subject to cancellations.
If you do not hear from us by 31st August, please assume that your application was not successful. You may then apply on our Intercollegiate Halls waiting list that will open on 2nd September. Further details about the waiting list will be published on our website nearer the time.
If your application is unsuccessful
Intercollegiate Halls are always oversubscribed and accommodation cannot be offered to everyone. If you have been unsuccessful in the application process, you can apply on the waiting list that opens on 2nd September 4pm. Application form will be available online. Please note, you will not be able to submit applications in person.

Housing for students with disabilities
We have a number of wheelchair accessible rooms at College Hall, International Hall and Garden Halls. To apply please email firstname.lastname@example.org describing your circumstances and requirements. Please attach any medical documentation to your email as this will help us assess your application quicker. The rooms are offered on a first come first served basis.
Housing for students with families
Intercollegiate Halls welcome applicants with families. To apply for family accommodation, please fill in this form and email it to email@example.com. The deadline for the application is: 5th July 2016. If you missed the deadline, you can still apply on the waiting list that opens soon after the application process is closed. Please note, the waiting list applicants cannot be guaranteed accommodation and we strongly recommend you to explore other options available to you.
